How to Renew


Expired Members, Get Started this Way:

1.  DO NOT click on the JOIN tab. That will duplicate your data because you already are in the system

2.  Click on the Member Login drop-down menu — at the right side of the blue bar.

3.  It will ask for your user name and password.  If you don’t have the ones you created, use the temporary ones emailed to you in August, OR, click on “Forgot password.”

4.  You will get a temporary user name and password to put in the blanks.  Click “Next"

5.  You will then be prompted to put in your own secure user name and password.

6.  Follow the prompts to complete the initial login.

7.  Proceed to #2 in the steps below for Active Members

 

Active Members: to Renew:

1.  Click on the Member Login drop-down menu — at the right side of the blue bar – and login.

2.  Look at the very top-right of the website to see YOUR NAME in small print.

3.  Scroll over your name, and you’ll get a drop-down menu.

4.  “Renew” will be in red.  Click on that to renew and pay online (preferred).

5.  To pay by check, make it payable to PHGSC and mail to Treasurer, PHGSC, PO Box 23282, Pleasant Hill, CA  94523

6.  Your membership will be re-activated when you pay online or when your check payment arrives and is entered into the system.

 

For Cell Phone Users:

1.  Go to www.phgsc.com

2.  Click on the three bars (“Menu") at the bottom left.

3.  Then click on Member Login and proceed, starting at step number 3 in the first section above.

To Renew — go to “Your Info” at the bottom, next to “Menu” and follow the prompts.
